The Sampo was Sweden's first typewriter. It was produced by Husqvarna Vapenfabriks of Husqvarna, Sweden. The Sampo is an index typewriter which utilizes a typesleeve type element much like a Crandall or Mignon. Some export models of the Sampo were rebranded as the Finland.
