The Munson typewriter was invented by Samuel John Siefried. He patented it on September 17, 1899 and assigned the patent to The Munson Typewriter Company of Chicago, Illinois. I'm interested in this Munson No.1 model as well as the No.2 and No.3 models and especially the Pre-Production model.
