The Cleveland typewriter was the final iteration of the Hartford brand. In 1905, the Hartford Typewriter Co. relocated to Cleveland, Ohio where it intended to continue production of its No.3 model but with a new name. I assume the new company was named the Cleveland Typewriter Co.
